It takes a team

A team that plays together, stays together!

Our Sherbrooke team organized an unforgettable day with their families that included annual service recognition awards and a team building event in the form of an outdoor boot camp. The boot camp served to inspire self-confidence, improve communication, encourage collaboration, and foster teamwork – important skills for both personal and corporate success.

The day's events involved a number of fun physical challenges. Our team had to climb over many different obstacles in the forest and they reached the finish line with a lot of pride - not to mention a lot of mud on their clothes! Everyone successfully finished and left with a medal. All this hard work was followed by a delicious meal with music and games. It was a great opportunity to take in some fresh air, refuel, and reconnect both physically and mentally – and a reminder that by working together we can accomplish a lot!
