Option for the Laboratory

AFT does not specifically design laboratory equipment but offers their smallest units for this use. It only seems natural as this is how the equipment progresses from R&D to commercial stage - enduring rigorous testing in the AFT pilot facility, followed by customer trials and finally mill demonstrations before the product line is expanded into larger sizes. Such equipment in the stock preparation process includes:

• Pulping
• Coarse and fine screening
• Reject screening and handling
• Disc refining
• Air detection
