AFT’s success is built on our strong safety culture. Creating an incident-free work environment starts with setting clear expectations on safety standards and equipping our employees with the skills necessary to promote safety in their various areas of work. Through on-going training, we empower our employees to take personal responsibility for their safety as well as the safety of those around them by addressing the activities that can often lead to safety incidents and encouraging actions that create safe work sites. With our commitment to continuous improvement, we encourage feedback and knowledge sharing to help protect our people and ensure that everyone goes home safely every day.
