Once your process has been characterized and you have targeted an area for improvement, a performance trial may be the best next step. Efforts to improve your process often require testing and evaluating equipment modifications or process alternatives, or making changes to standard operating procedures. 

AFT's experienced field personnel can assist in the development and execution of structured pilot or mill trials to evaluate defined options. We will work with you to develop a test plan, understand the resource requirements, execute a trial and measure the outcomes. We can then use the results to identify the best alternative and payback for your objectives, whether it be for a single piece of equipment or across a complete production line.

AFT’s extensive experience in stock preparation includes screening, low consistency refining and approach flow systems for recycled and virgin paper fiber processing.
